Shipping Policy
There is a $5 flat rate shipping cost for all retail orders shipped within the United States, totaling less than $50. All retail orders that total $50 or more have FREE shipping. (Alaska and Hawaii are included). For international shipping, other rates will apply.
Upon receipt of any retail order, we try our best to ship ASAP. When placing an order during busy times (holidays or other high volume times) or if the order is especially large, please allow an extra business day or two for preparation. Once your package is shipped, you should receive it within 2-5 business days.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
A confirmation email with your order summary will be sent. If you do not see an email from us, please check your Junk folders or contact us.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information from USPS. Please allow up to 24 hours after you’ve received the shipping confirmation email to track your package.
